Fair, kind and reliable. I am very grateful because this company as been the most reliable company I experienced in Hartlepool.
From response to emergency problems that went on for years prior to my intervention to reasonable pricing policy for not rich area. I would be fulfilled working or and even taking on any challenges for this highly respected and regarded Organisation and their team.
If i could give no stars I would. Attempting to make me pay 168 a month for a 2 up 2 down. The equivalent of 32 baths a day for 6 months
Paid my outstanding when i moved in to a friends, never wiped the debt and made me pay it again. And try to direct debits when they feel like rather than when they're set for.
Very unprofessional and unpleasant all I wanted to do was make a payment but they were chatting a load of rubbish
