I have heard a lot about this chippy as the owner comes in the vets where I work, this has in no way influenced my review, if they were rubbish I would say. So after been meaning to have a trip over for a while I decided to give them a try on Saturday night. One in one out and all staff wearing masks. All fried to order. No cod only haddock but its Scottish haddock and it was lovely. I went for the jumbo, now I'm a Wetherby whaler fan and can normally do a whaler AND a pud, but even though this was absolutely spot on I had to admit defeat and take some home. Fish was white and flakey, batter nice and crisp and the chips were lovely, perfect. We will be back

Excellent fish and chips. I arrived at a busy time but the queue went down quickly. Staff were friendly. Would recommend.
Really good fish & chips at a reasonable price only reason I didn't give 5 stars as they missed my order for fish so I had to wait longer .
