Tour was a coach tour and cruise. Cruise was fine. The coach tour was a different thing. Very poor quality hotels and restaurants. One night we arrived at a hotel quite late to find that there were no rooms booked for us. Food was nothing worth writing home about. As for the tour manager, he was more concerned with his own comforts than his groups. Extremely disappointing. Would never go with them again.

Trip was cancelled months ago due to COVID-19. Sona Tours have not responded to our emails to refund back our deposit despite contacting them multiple times. And yet they want us to book holidays for 2021. Refund our deposit ASAP. In reply: We have already sent THREE emails to you requesting a refund, dating as far back as May. The most recent email was sent to you yesterday. You have completely ignored the first two of these emails, and then send us an email to book holidays for 2021. How about you process our refund before asking us to book another holiday for you. You have completely ignored out request hence the need to post this publicly. You clearly have time to respond to this review so process our refund, and I would be happy to take this review down. Reviews may not help but holding our money during the pandemic doesn't help either, does it?

the tour was fantastic... got to see loads of places. kevin and jess were very helpful and were very entertaining on the tours and provided alot of fun. i had a great time and want to say thank you for the experience!

We had booked our holiday (which included Cruise as well as city touring) and unfortunately it had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic. Sona tours were amazing with the whole process. They were very reassuring and helpful. They cancelled the whole booking and refunded me all the money back very promptly. I was very very impressed with their service throughout out from making the book till now. Divya, Chetan and Rita were so helpful at the time of booking. It was very unfortunate that we couldn't travel. Im looking forward to booking my next trip with them as soon as the cruises are back up and running. Thank you so much for everything !!!!

Dear Sonatour and Nijesh On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you for the effort and time you took to organise and host our triangle EU tour on July 2018. The informative tour and stimulating commentary made valuable use of our limited time. Special thanks to Nijesh, the tour manager and captain Tony, tour driver, who were so much in patience with our chaotic family to answer questions and for providing our enquiries throughout the tour, as well as their physical assistant to all members of the family who came from different countries whenever they needed. Although within limited time we have had during the triangle EU tour, your hosted and guided has helped our family to understand more about cultural differences, and opening up our knowledge further. We have enjoyed the tour very much; particularly when we were sang celebrating and bidding farewell songs. Nijesh has a beautiful voice, by the way.
