Honestly people this is a fraud company and should not run a business if they can not uphold a promise of delivery the promise to delivery for for 3 p.m. M I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and and call them at 4 p.m. and after a bit of waffling from the from the company side they offered me a 15% discount on future orders the most ridiculous thing is when I pressed them for an email they told me off inside yes yes yes yes but sent nothing honestly don't waste your time maybe consider going to some higher more recognised cakes shops such as CAKE Box!!

Be aware Don't spoil your precious occasion, by only eggless cake i have order cake from only eggless on my son First birthday .when we taste it feel something wrong when made piece we seen fungus inside we have inform them the lady on the phone was keep saying this is just color reaction and you can eat this . but on that we can see clearly fungus and test was very different , i have reported this to the local council and health authority to look in to this matter as it could cause the food poisoning. They ruin my son's first birthday and i like to make sure same thing doesn't happen to any one. I won't recommend this at any time
DO NOT RUIN YOUR CELEBRATION USING THIS ROGUE COMPANY Ordered for delivery by 11am - they confirmed then didn’t deliver - called 4 times, kept getting told they would check and call me back - no one ever called me back and only on my final call did they say it wouldn’t be delivered until after 5.30pm - very unhelpful, uncaring and unsympathetic staff. Didn’t offer a refund, didn’t even get a sorry. Cake has still not arrived - but when it does it will have been in an unrefrigerated car for over 8 hours so won’t be safe to eat. Seems my experience is very common from the reviews. AVOID!
This company should re-name them selves Only Useless....! We ordered a 50th birthday cake a month in advance and requested delivery by 12pm. On the day no cake! Called and advised cake will now be delivered by 2:30pm. Still no cake and called again, then told now 6:30pm delivery......what the hell is wrong with you guys just delivery the cake! We are still waite for cake delivery...... Totally rubbish customer service...! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY! We certainly will never use them again. People save your money! Get your cakes elsewhere. All they say is sorry for delay. Once they get your order, they don't care!
Initially I bought cake mix for one my friend ... after listening to many good comments so decided to try .. luckily the experience has exceeded my expectation. It’s really delicious. I tried vanilla mix and made some different flavour of cakes . The cake collection in store is awesome and they have very quick delivery
