The slowest people on the planet. Not once but on several occasions, I have had to wait in line for more than half an hour with just 1-2 people ahead of me. How ridiculous is that. On average 15-20 min serving time for each person.

The worst experience ever - 14.07.2020 . I wanted to buy 400 Euro, I was told that they don't have it now ready and to come back in an hour. Came back - still no ready. On the third attempt they had money but I was given lower rate. Fine - just sell it to me. During transaction clerk was on the phone speaking in foreign language and mad a mistake by 20 Euro - how hard is it to count? When I asked serve me fist then do other things he shouted at me that he is alone like it is my problem. Total lack of customer service stills! I will never use this place again.

Extremely irritating nosey and time wasting cashier who wanted my name address and email i had to say no i just want the money last time i came here was left flabbergasted after this will never go here again wstch out extremely irritating man
