Had a demand for 800 or they would return and remove my goods at 6am even if I was absent. I am not the person with a debt or the letter is addressed to and I have lived here 2 years with no previous letters for anyone with this name! No apologies for their mistake. Disgusting company.

Terrible informing procedure - one notice letter demanding payment in 7 days or they'll take me to court.. no explanation of where the arrears have come from. So confused.
They contacted me today, no warning, demanding all of debt which I don't dispute. But not allowing any payment plan, i have to give them all of my benefit money next month or they are removing goods. I won't be able to eat or have light or heat. Explained this but to no avail. I think that they have just taken my life, the humiliation and the mess they will leave me in is just something i cant cope with. I don't even want to give them one star,
No word's to explain. They collect my vehicle for someone debt. Spend all day to explain and show log book to proof it. What they said we must collect your vehicle. Police help them to do this. Amazing no law in this country any more. Police said you must send them documents to proof your ownership, than you collect back your vehicle. Strange!!! This is legal mafia.((((((((
