A nice little shooting club. Has an outdoor and indoor range. The indoor range isn't huge but on the other hand are open the whole day and most of the evening. Hasn't got the most modern facilities however has what you need in terms of supporting equipment. Members are friendly and are always on hand to offer advice.

I've been a member for a couple of years now and I've found the availability of the facilities one of the greatest assets of BoH. The members are friendly and more experienced archers are always willing to help out with set-up and shooting tips. A club run by members for its members.

Archery club catering for all forms of archery, except crossbow. Beginners courses held several times a year on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Members have access to the club facilities on most days between 8am to 11pm throughout the year. Has both indoor and outdoor ranges.

I wanted to join this club from reviews and recommendations, but upon trying to join I was met with a very unfriendly attitude from the beginning by the club secretary. I was also made to feel very stupid by her for not knowing certain things such as needing to transfer archery GB membership to them. I am only just starting out, so of course I will not have a full understanding of things of that nature. I have written to the secretary and chairman of the club to say how upset I was at the way I was treated, and have heard absolutely nothing. For a club that says in their constitution that they foster all people wanting to take up archery and the sport in general, I certainly did not get that feeling at all.
