These guys definitely need a full five stars. They have simple home style Indian food loved by all. They sell saviours in plastic containers and their gram floor coated peanuts were out of the world. The little chap who stands on his step to see over the counter is so sweet and energetic. Anyone who is saying that the management has changed, service is poor, apparently they serve their own community or they take only cash ARE LYING and should be ignored. I have always been served properly and pay with my credit card. If people want a Michelin starred place they should go to one and pay the associated prices. For us lot they Aumkar are five stars.

The best thing about Aumkar sweets is the value for money and the homely flavours! This place was one of the reasons why we felt living in Harrow wouldn't be so difficult after all. They serve a mix of Gujarati and Mumbai street food. The taste is good and food is made fresh. You will always find this place busy on weekends. Staff works incredibly hard but always has a pleasing smile. A must visit for those who love simple Indian flavours.

One of my favourite Indian restaurants to eat in Harrow. Excellent food at very reasonable prices. Run by lovely set of people. Will recommend.

Sorry guys but the Punjabi samosas were awful and overcooked, the regular samosas were bland and the onion bhajis were awfully dry. This 2 stars is based on the quality of food. The regular samosas need more mashed potatoes and flavourful vegs, they were so tasteless.
