The recovery that never turned up Initially I thought great price for a service which seemed just what I needed for peace of mind. But how wrong 15.21 call made to request assistance,staff very friendly and helpful and explained I would receive a text with recovery details on which I did.ETA 16.33 and recovery company Roachford (County Durham) had been allocated job. Police turned up as my car was on a busy A road, once ETA had passed police asked me to ring for an update. once again no problem with customer service new time given of 30 minutes,yet again it passed. Road traffic police then arrived, called to update call centre said it was showing on there system as recovery now present at scene,which they weren’t so police towed me to a safe place,as now traffic was very heavy and it was becoming very dangerous. Called call centre to update my new location then waited for call back once again recovery company gave another ETA of another 30 minutes taking it to 18.39. At this point I decided to cancel recovery as I couldn’t believe the ETA that had been given and enough was enough. Totally let down by the company using other companies who aren’t reliable and blatantly lie about expected recovery times.

Charged 60 extra even though i had bought zero excess for an BMW automatic car. And they had no clue how to tow an automatic car which wouldnt come of Park. They dragged it all over to the truck. Didnt use the tow eye meant for towing. Was told my rescuemycar that they wouldnt pay for specialist equipment. Tried explaining the rep on the call that the only way to tow an automatic bmw is get it picked of the rear wheels. They get the cheapest rescue company to do a dodgy job..

Joined last week, called this evening had tyre blow out (Saturday evening) from 20:45 to 22:00 to after being on the phone waiting for 30mins the call gets disconnected and number of calls after that the same thing. Basically if you need recovery you won't get through. Might be cheaper than other big companies but I would not recommend!!!!! Spend the extra bit and you might at least be able to get to someone on the phone!

Fantastic call handler, very helpful. The recovery truck driver was ace took car to garage with no fuss. Called on rescue my car twice both times great. Hopefully won't need for a while, no offense meant

Had a tyre blow out & another damaged. Called up straight away for assistance... Call handler was lovely and very responsive. When Identifying where I was I gave both location & what3words to explain where I was. Found me no problem. The recovery vehicle mechanic was there within an hour, super lovely & helpful. Took me car to a local garage where I got my two knackered tyres sorted. Lovely guy lovely team. Overall great handling of a potentially very stressful experience. I'm located near Nottingham so can't speak for all locations but my experience was fantastic so glad I got my car covered with them!!
