Old fashioned excellent customer service. Beautiful and expensive jewellery. If you are working within a budget I would suggest you call in advance with your budget figure and ask for a selection of items to be collected for you ready for your visit...We had excellent personalised service this way.

Very helpful. The watches here are way more valuable than mine but the gentleman here was very helpful when I asked about fixing my watch band. He took the time to help me find someone nearby who could. Thank you!
I've slightly mixed views based on experience. I think they have knowlegable staff and are on the whole a friendly bunch. I do have one historical issue where they supplied the wrong original box for a watch bought from new (meaning the serial number on the box doesnt match the watch). This may seem inconsequential but affects the price I would get selling the watch on and whilst they didnt think they could do anything to help as they no longer sold the brand in question, I cant help feel I am paying for a mistake made by the retailer (albeit a number of years ago). Its worth a visit just to see a host of really interesting second hand pieces though :)
An absolutely seamless service when having my wedding ring repaired and re-sized in their on-site workshop. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent value for money, and the finished article is perfect. We'll definitely use Ogden for future repairs - thank you so much.
