Excellent service from Joseph Robert's undertakers from start to finish when my husband recently died. Jonathan was so helpful, professional in helping in such a stressful, upsetting time It was the first time of ever having to arrange a funeral and he helped me go through the process step by step with ease . Highly recommend these undertakers to anyone and would use again .

When one of your loved ones dies and you are faced with the prospect of having to arrange their funeral, you need all the help and assistance you can to help you through the process. Jonathan was everything you would ask for, and more. Kind, considerate, understanding, helpful every step of the way. We wanted a good independent funeral director, not a national, and Jonathan was exactly that. I would highly recommend.
Having to make funeral arrangements will always be daunting; this was my first and Jonathan and his team were magnificent. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would most definitely use them again if needed. They guided mum and me through the difficult days following my Dad's death with professionalism and dignity. They were responsive, helpful, warm and reassuring. The funeral itself, conducted by Jonathan, was everything we could have hoped for and I cannot thank him enough for supporting us during this time.
