Amazing service from Cezar being so helpful and advising my Dad with what to regarding my laptop. The data I needed was able to be retrieved and I managed to get my work submitted in time thanks to you. Hopefully won't be needing to come back as hopefully won't have any more issues but would 100% recommend to anyone who is in need of apple support.

Really disappointed with the service. Three staff, 2 customers, so not busy, but so so unhelpful. Potential as a customer for a new phone, but disgust with a lack of customer service, left and got a new screen, protector and battery within 30 minutes from happy, hard working small shop 2 mins away. And all for a price that will pay for itself in under 3 months..... BTW, only shop on our visit to Harrogate with poor service - how lovely, welcoming and hard working every other shop has been - they deserve to stay in business.
I had an appointment at the shop to speak to their technician, Cezar, he was so positive and polite. He went above and beyond to help me with my ipad. I explained that I'm not sure whether or not it was broken and he happily went through everything, how to use safari, my apple account and backing it up; I've never left a shop feeling so confident and happy with my product. Cezar and his colleague are a credit to the store and I look forward to going back when I've really broken it
I honestly cannot recommend this store highly enough! Ryan was incredible and made my very stressful week 100 times better. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout and definitely found some kindness which at the moment can seem few and far between. Thank you all!
Wow! Super helpful even speaking to me in a language I could understand. Didn't catch his name unfortunately. Even advised me what to do to possibly save investing in another Mac. What's not to love?!!
