All staff there are top draw, from mechanical knowledge to the way they conduct themselves in customer service terms. Special credit goes to the guy who changed my lights and battery today, who was brilliant. Changing my lights involves taking the front of the car off back to the radiator and it turns out changing the battery sets off my anti-tamper alarm which is loud enough to be heard in Edinburgh. He was still polite, professional and courteous throughout even though he was probably internally screaming at me, a credit to the company.

Great lads in there, with a good wealth of knowledge for their youthful years. Approachable and willing to have a laugh, yet very professional a lot better than other Halfords I have visited (down south!)
I use Halfords for most of my car accessory needs, good opening hours, polite and helpful staff and generally a good range of products, overall, I find Halfords very good.
Very enjoyable experience. Not too busy & the Covid processes were in place & I felt very safe.
Amazing customer service. AZ looked after me and went above and beyond when helping, offering advice ontop of his job. Could recommend highly enough. Will return.
