Incredibly rude guy on the counter barking instructions about where the correct collection counter is so I moved across to the correct place and was immediately told to go back to where I had just been standing - like a python sketch only without the humour - for that I'll never use Argos again despite its convenience and reasonable pricing. Btw this was not covid related so no excuses just an ignorant jobsworth who feels ultra important cos he's got a badge on

We have bought a 199 white standard cooker with free delivery, 90 recycling old one and installing the new one. Also 3 red microwave cookers. Mop and bucket. Broom, dustpan and brush. I’m going to start leaving reviews whenever I encounter rude people now, as there’s simply no excuse. Even when I’m having a bad day, I don’t take it out on everybody else. I went to the ‘Collection Point’ as I’d already paid online, but the lady couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me and just aggressively pointed at the queue for the checkouts instead. The man at the checkout appeared confused why I was in the queue when I already paid online (as was I). Both had sour faces and a miserable attitude. What is wrong with people?
