Rented a T550 bobcat a few weeks ago. It ran 20 minutes then started pouring hydraulic fluid from a fitting under the step that was all bent up. I called and they sent the mechanic who told me the last customer had dropped a big rock on it. They thought it was fixed but was not. They refunded my money. Said they had to send it out to bobcat and had a new hydraulic pump and a few new hoses replaced. I rented it again last week. It ran great for a few hours. Then all the fluid suddenly dumped from underneath the cab. I called and they sent a mechanic the next day. Main hose had broke. Mechanic told me it was an old original hose and the pressure from the new pump was more than it could handle. The machine sat here 6 days and they finally put a hose on it, which was too long and rubbed on a metal fitting. Loaded it up to take it to the shop. I then spoke with someone, Mike I guess, who informed me he was refunding me and will not rent to me in the future because the last 2 times they brought the bobcat out they had to pick it up because I it was broken. We discussed that both times were due to faulty equipment. And were not my fault. He agreed but said he has too many man hours in equipment at my property. I would never recommend renting anything from them. They bring you equipment that has old hoses and bent fittings then are upset when something breaks and they have to fix it. He said he would refund my money several hours ago. Still no refund. It doesn't even make sense that he would refuse to rent to me again. Both breakdowns were clearly due to worn and damaged parts that needed replaced. He even admitted that. In the end he probably did me a favor. It is very frustrating to rent a machine for a week because you have work that needs done then it breaks down before you have hardly even started, especially 2 times in a row!

Rented a Bobcat T550 to do some work on our drive and other projects. About 3 hours in a hydraulic hose failed. Stopping me DRT. Called the office up Mike there asked if I could bring back and swap for another unit. Said that wouldn't be possible. Proceeded to tell me to bring the trailer back and get another unit and extended my rental into the next day. Which allowed me to finish up. Awesome staff there. Did everything from the loading to unloading and securing the equipment for me. Thanks again guys, you all rock!
