Wilkes-barre center web and info on door posted Saturday closing as 4:15 PM. Not true. Arrived 1:30 PM today close . One other person made same disappointing drive. He left nasty note on doo .

If they call your ticket number at a desk you better shove whoever is standing there out your way. It seems the counter people could care less if they got the right ticket number at their desk. I told them I was applying for a in-state drivers license. Then when I finally get up to the desk they told me they don't do applications for drivers licenses. This place needs to get it together.

This location.”opens at 730am on Saturday. Workers clocked in at 730 but didn’t open office til 740am. They get paid to sit there making people wait.. No accountability. Your PA tax dollars at work. Smh
