I would never ever work with this company in future or recommend them to anyone..! Unfortunately, I was stuck due to contract which was also got signed by me with an incorrect details. I asked to see a property and was it’s a resale and will ask seller for appointment before even meeting agent I was asked to sign buyer agency contract by saying in order to see the property I need to sign. I was asked to meet at model home to get to know the agent first and it came out the other property didn’t even exist. Biggest scam I felt with the agent at this real estate. When tried to talk with head person no answer or reply to messages. Realtor is always in meeting or out of town etc. I felt due to this company I got into property I won’t be happy with as not enough information was provided of things out in market. Most importantly even the property I saw was found by myself not the agent. Extremely unhappy with the service but they will still earn communication as I sign contract.

Absolutely the best realtors in the region. Particularly, David and Carin Becker are fantastic realtors. If you’re interested in a home in region, give them a call. They are fantastic humble, highly-motivated, high-energy, mountain movers that were able to get us a home from visit to signing in about 4 weeks, and a week before Christmas Day none-the-less. They are also excellent negotiators, and as a penny-pinching millennial, that was very important to me. He handled the whole negotiation with ease and worked down the sale price 12k less than asking. The whole process was flawless and the customer service and representation was extraordinary. I know I’ll be recommending them, and for sure be using Keller Williams and hopefully David & Carin in the future as we develop our family.. Thank you Keller Williams for our beautiful home!
