Some of the staff are ok but they have very few resources to help you get on your feet

I'm a resident now and it is just like prison the only thing that is different is that you can order out. I think that it's so rude of them that we have to hide our smokes outside in hopes that no-one finds them and if they do than its our lose. When is the department of corrections going to get it. Make \your Facility pay us for stuff that gets stolen

This place is a first class dump. All they are interested in is ripping off the residents by holding them as long as possible to profit on the required subsistence money which is 25% of wages. Another concern is the staff is more concerned with writing residents up than helping. Prison was much better. Biggest mistake of my life was being convinced on this place.

Please note that this is a secured building. One must ring the buzzer to the right of the front door, tell them who you are and your business there. They have to buzz you in. As a resident, Capitol Pavilion could do better for carrying for the people who are actually trying to change there lives. Most of the staff is friendly, and it's not a bad place to be if you really need a home plan.
