Gorgeous coat and craftsmanship. I ordered a product online and it was shipped-out on the same day and arrived faster than I would have thought despite the C-19 pandemic. The online ordering process was very simple.

Called in for a browse. Lovely selection of Harris Tweed clothing and accessories. Didn't seem to have hats in small size. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Sterling service and great Harris Tweed items. Bought online 2 items, arrived quickly, as I feared not exactly right size (my fault!), excellent communication (via mail), one item was swapped and arrived to me within 5 working days of my sending back the items, the other not available in my size was immediately refunded. Really smooth and efficient.

You can tell there is some lovely quality product in here, but it's jumbled in with cheeper imported stuff, and the display set up is pretty dated. Saying that the actual Harris fabric products are good, and the staff friendly and helpful. I think refining the product on offer would really help.
