I don’t usually write reviews but following a very disappointing experience at this salon I felt other people should be aware- I went for a new mum treatment which I was really looking forward to, it was very hard to have the relaxing expierience I had hoped for- the room was cold and the whole way through the treatment I could hear the staff talking to each other, i didn’t think the staff were professional at all, I wasn’t asked about what I wanted out of the treatment/ what pressure/ areas of concern etc. It was advertised as a 1hr 15 min tratwmenr and it lasted at most 1 hour 5 min. Considering it is a treatment specifically for new mums I was surprised there weren’t additional towels for under shoulders when lying down- this is something other more professional salons do even when it’s not a pregnancy specific treatment, to take the pressure off the breast area, as this is not comfortable when breastfeeding. All in all I would spend my money elsewhere for future treatments.

Went for the winter revive package. Very professional staff. Emma was my therapist. She is very devoted and sincerely to her work. Highly recommended.
Lovely staff and a friendly atmosphere.
Lovely staff and the treatment rooms are nicely done some bigger than others. The treatment benches have heating which when switched on for a massage or facial is heavenly. The gel manicures are on the pricey side but good.
