James took care of everything. He couldn't have done more to give my gran a beautiful send off, especially under the circumstances. He kept in contact with every detail and nothing was too much trouble for him. He went over and above and I can honestly say without a doubt he has a clear passion to help people get through such a difficult time. I highly recommend him and his team. Thanks again James, you really were great.

I recently lost my sister-in-law and cannot thank Harmony enough for their kindness, thoughtfulness and professionalism. They did more than go the \extra mile\ and guided us through this difficult time. Thank you Scott so much for your help and kindness. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who has suffered a bereavement.
The loss of a loved one is hard enough to bare without the incompetence, insensitivity and unprofessionalism of this new funeral outfit. Decided to give this company a go regarding the impending passing of my father-in-law, however first impressions entering the office I was met by a tall bald chap and elderly blonde woman canoodling like a pair of teenagers. However I was greeted in a polite manner but the smell of stale smoke was off putting and I made my excuses and left. In my experience I would certainly not recommend using this company as this left me in disbelief.
I am writing this in response to Thomas Hardie's review. Firstly I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to Mr Hardie and his family for the loss of his Father in law. I would however like to emphasis that at the time Mr Hardie wrote the review our office was not open and was in the process of refurbishment. I can only assume that Mr Hardie wanted to discredit our company for reasons only he will know. We are a new company in Kirkintilloch trying to establish ourselves in the community and this scathing review is extremely hurtful and deceitful. I have reported the review to Google as I believe the only reason Mr Hardie wrote the review was to discredit our company with his dishonesty. Our aim as a new company is to provide a much needed service to the community and to create employment and it saddens me to think that someone like Mr Hardie could put this in jeopardy.
