I don't think it's overstating it to say that with Melvin we had our best ever real estate experience. Melvin helped find us the perfect place and as expats coming from Canada during a pandemic he could not have been more helpful. From translating emails to setting up our utilities with transparency and helping us with a smooth transition from airport to apartment there was nothing more Melvin could've done to make it an easy process. He's been regularly In touch with us to help us during transition and is genuinely an incredible professional as well as a human being. If you're ever looking for a new place I could not recommend anybody more highly then Melvin. Truly 10/10.
Melvin was great since the day one! He was always ready to help and easy to reach out to whenever needed. The house renting process turned out to be a good experience, as Melvin nicely and proactively helped me to identify and take care of all topics related to it (accessibility, utilities, shopping, etc.) It was great to have such a professional and nice person giving me a hand while I was moving to The Netherlands. Melvin is the best agent we've ever experienced, from his very professional manner to his friendly nature. Melvin has been great from start to finish.We have moved from UK and after reading plenty of bad press about Dutch real estate and scams naturally we were worried. But Melvin went above and beyond, we have done a video viewing and the very next day started the process of securing the apartment. He was very helpful in arranging all utilities and making sure internet is booked in so my wife could start working from home the same day she arrived. We are very happy to find Melvin and even to this date he's always there to answer any question or help were he can. We definitely keeping his number saved for future.
