lights outside my flat dont work and havent for months, very dark after 4pm and invites anti social behaviour because they cant be seen, cant contact hts unless its an emergency and i get cut off if i contact harlow council directly, sort it out harlow council, they make so much of the fact that they the council pay the living wage to their staff while others have to put up with a lot less, how about sorting out the problems your paying tenents have.

Harlow council reception team provides absolutely rubbish service!!! They have been paying more attention to their makeup rather than to the community, residents!!! Very unprofessional, unskilled without good knowledge at all!!! I hope one day they are going to be on another side of desk seeking for help and to be treated the same as they are treating people without any respect or empathy!!!

Awful service, not much hope of being housed unless your an gimigrant ! Major percentage of property's go to band one, hence band 2 ect are waiting years ! Our own not being housed because theyve moved the ‘trouble’ (their words) from london ! & gimgrants go to the front of the queue every time. Ever think you voted communism & not Tory ? Same thing in Harlow sadly !
