If i could give negative stars i would. Ive had my Ram truck serviced here for over 5 years. I cant remember one time that they have put the right type of oil in my truck. Then i have to wait wile they change it all over again. Ive made it abundantly clear which oil i want in my truck and still they cant get it right. Just basic ignorance and mismanagement of the service department.
