I received a sensible trade in offer that was fair and drove away with a superb car that will suit my needs to get my wheelchair in the back. Very helpful, genuine people. Bought a lovely car, for a really reasonable price. I feel I now have to edit this review as, on the way home with the car, the engine management light came on. We rang them, they told us to take it to a local garage to find out what the problem was. It was the EGR valve. We were quoted 702. They said this was expensive and said they would give a refund if we took the car back. I explained that I wanted the car and that things had already been ordered for the car. Tow bar etc. Eventually they agreed to have the work done at a garage that they use, while we waited. We live over an hour away. This we did, the mechanic was very good. The car seems fine now. When we viewed the car initially, it was covered in a thick layer of dust. We were told the car would be cleaned. For when we picked it up. It wasn't. When we had it cleaned, the dust hid scratches. The number plate was very faded and illegal. We were told this would be replaced. When we got home and walked past the front of the car, to our horror we found it was still there. Their halo certainly slipped after the sale. NB. Who calls a sixty year old woman mate, in every sentence?
