This place is a complete mess. Don't ever come here, they charge you to 'secure your appointment' beforehand and when you get there they leave you waiting outside for 15 minutes or more (I left after waiting for 15 min). On top of it you can't even get through to them - there is an external reception who is unable to help and you are just left there waiting with no hopes of being seen for an appointment you booked 1 months ago. I wasted my time and money to come here, so do not do the same. With such as organisational mess I wonder what they do to you during the treatments!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I use to work here for one month. They do not train you properly. They tell you to lie to clients to say you are fully trained. These clients pay hundreds of pounds for 'Professional' treatments to get a person who doesn't even know what they are doing. They are so unprofessional with no care for their clients or staff. They just want your money!! Its a fraud. They should be closed Down!

The company doesn't exist legally. They are trading illegally. I had laser fungle treatment. They damaged my nails instead of getting better, avoid, its fraud and i am taking them to court for legal action of damaging my nails. There is many cases against them in the court. Do not go there
