I had a problem with my motorbike while traveling. I needed a quick fix. After calling many dealers, Lings was the only one who could do a rapid check. Although they couldn't fix it, they were very helpful. A new part was ordered and they did what they could to speed up the process.

Disappointed with the level of service and customer care following the purchase of a strimmer. No instruction of how to use or set up which we had been led to believe was going to be provided. All in all an unimpressive display which will reflected when we purchase the lawn tractor, which won’t be from Lings. Update: Since the above post Lings have made contact and we have been impressed with their efforts to put things right. It was a shame that our first impression was negative however we are reassured that this was an isolated incident and things are in place to prevent any such reoccurrence. Thank you to Andrew for your time and effort to make this happen.
Got my new bike last week from Lings everything went as smoothly as possible and you couldn’t ask for anything more, it was a pleasure doing business with Carl who was a great help all the way Top man.
