I'm a wheelchair user so it's difficult for me to reach but there's always a member of staff on hand to help me with out of reach items. I only need to ask and usually someone will go and fetch it for me. There's an amazing range of products at keen prices. If something is unavailable they'll order it and tell me when it will be in. Wednesday is over 60s discount day but with the way things are, I don't think I would use my card. My go to hardware shop for sure.
