The team took down a very large tree and worked professionally. Cleaned up well and really helped me to protect my house from the damage the tree had caused/was causing. Very impressed. Fully recommended.

If you want your garden to look like its been hacked by a group of children then this is the company for you! Their staff arrived on site and were clearly not briefed on the days works and therefore stood around for an hour. At this point I should have asked them to leave.... As you can see from the photos this isn't a professional job they delivered. Even after returning twice the job still remains unfinished and the garden is an eyesore. Trees haven't been cut back and boxed off as initially requested. The whole left side of the garden hasn't been touched. Their effort to clear up after was a shambles as I'm still raking up twigs, thorns etc. Oh, and to finish it off...after refusing to settle their bill I had the pleasure of dealing with a debt collection agency.
Failed to turn up for the arranged appointment and did not even contact us to either apologise or reschedule.
We had the perhaps not-so-unusual requirement of tree experts to rescue our cat who had got herself stuck 20ft up a tree and spent a chilly November night up there. The owner was very friendly and willing to help and two of his team were with us within an hour of calling. Meanwhile, however, the cat had taken matters into her own paws, and rescued herself, and was strolling around the kitchen as if nothing had happened. The team who came out did not mind at all and were polite, friendly and professional start to finish. The moment when I spoke to the owner on the phone and asked if they could help get the cat down and he turned to his team and said 'hold on, this is important' was one of those that restores your faith in humanity. Thanks. (The cat is currently grounded!)
