I came from London, for a week in Devon with plenty of cycling planned, only to have a mechanical on day one: my power meter and chain ring developed a problem that requires a special instrument to fix , which needs to be ordered from Germany... Not one to be deterred by a challenge, Rob modified one of his tools so he could repair it and get my bike back to me within the day which allowed me to do all the rides I'd planned! Rob is a true bike mechanic and I highly recommend him!
Can’t recommend Rob at Hardy Cycles enough. I needed a new set of wheels and enquired about the possibility on a Thursday. Rob had time to fit me in on the Saturday morning and had fitted the wheels and removed the inners and tyre of my old set by the afternoon. He also removed another tyre set from a second hand pair of wheels I’d been gifted for no extra cost. Rob also took my details and called me up to collect the bike when it was ready for collection. Rob is now by go to business for bike purchases and advice in Exeter.

Rob Hardy is a great chap and once again managed to fit me in at short notice when I had a flat tyre, even though he is extremely busy. He really knows his business and is always ready to help. I have always found his service superb and prices reasonable. Definitely recommended.
