Really positive experience selling our property through Hardisty. Following a very poor experience with another local agency, Ornella and her team at the Guiseley branch couldn’t do enough to assist our sale. From finding viable people ready to proceed with moves, to dealing with break down in ongoing chains and finding replacement buyers quickly, they were always on hand to help. They really gave the personal touch and worked under pressure to coordinate issues slowing down completion to meet deadlines. A personal thanks to Ornella, Sam and Sarah. Would definitely buy or sell through them again in the future.

So impressed with the work of the Hardisty team in Guiseley on the sale of my 80 year old Dad's house. Outstanding in every aspect from start to finish, on the ball, and always exceeding expectations. A huge thank you to Ornella and all the team for all your work and making it as smooth as possible for my Dad.
We recently sold my fathers property with Hardisty & Co. The experience was great they were very attentive and kept us up to date, even though we were fairly 'hands' off with the sale. Can highly recommend the team in Guiseley.
I worked closely with Sarah at the Guiseley franchise, and I can't recommend her and the rest of the Hardisty team highly enough. She took a personal interest in my case, and worked extremely hard to help me to complete on the purchase of my first home in good time. Where I had difficulty chasing my solicitors for updates on occasion, Sarah was there to help me to progress the sale. Thank you so much Sarah for all of your help - should I ever come to sell my home I will be sure to come to you!
They sold our house quickly with no issues at all. Towards the end of the process they drove it forward to completion. Stars! Thank you.
