This particular Hard Rock was amazing! Our waitress Jennifer went above and beyond and when I had questions as far as signing up for the rewards program, she was such a sweetheart and said she would do it for me without me even having to ask. She was super friendly and she continued to check on us throughout the meal. I got the Tupelo Chicken Strips and they were made to perfection. Crunchy on the outside and perfect inside. The manager Shane came over to our table twice to check on how we were doing and he was so polite. I must say, you have excellent employees who really know how to treat their customers. More restaurants could learn a thing or two from these two. Next time we come back to our home state, we will definitely come back here. Keep up the great work!!

It's a hard rock, so the memorabilia is on point. The staff required temp checks which I love. The food was the best of any hard rock I've ever been to. And let me say, the staff were beyond phenomenal. Will definitely go back.
Went here today for lunch. Elizabeth was our waitress, great service! We had a spill and she was sooooo understanding and prompt with cleaning it up! Food was prompt, accurate, hot and tasty! Atmosphere was great! Music was great! Shopped in the gift shop, Evelyn waited on me. She was super nice and engaging! Would definitely visit again if we are ever back down here!
Premium dining experience at premium prices. Came here for my birthday, had a buy one entree get one free reward. Burger ok, fries not 100% fresh. Last time it was my birthday I went to the hard rock cafe in Manhattan and they brought me out a complementary ice cream with a candle on and sang Happy birthday, didn't get anything like that here despite me mentioning it was my birthday, never mind. It was nice however to have a decent Margarita with actual tequila in this moonshine locked town. Great decor.
Amazing food, amazing service and perfect chill atmosphere. Kid friendly too! Our waiter Robert was fantastic. This was the best hard rock I’ve been to! The managers were great and constantly checking on us and they even cleaned tables which you never see at most restaurants. We will definitely be back!
