i will never recommend this brand!! I've bought a jacket 1 week ago... and still waiting for it. I tried to contact them to explain it was urgent to have it on time and they where very rude, asking me more money when on the website says shipping is free. But is not!!. I'm traveling tomorrow to a International competition and I won't be able to have the jacket because they didn't want to do anything. more than 1 week and very rude. I won't ever buy anything from them.

Je ne recommande en aucun cas la boutique officielle HARCOUR. Ayant acheté une veste et un pantalon France chez eux (au mans) pour un total d'environ 270-300, un défaut etait présent sur les deux articles, ce qui peut arriver... Cependant 2 mois et demi après je me suis rendu à la même boutique mais à Lamotte poney, et la responsable m'a clairement indiqué qu'elle n'effectuerait aucun échange alors que les défauts étaient visibles et ma demande etait justifiée, de plus je pense je la courtoisie était en supplément... Revoyez un peu votre relation client ainsi que votre SAV.
Très bien, personnel très agréable.
