Harbour View Care Home

My wife (Eleanor O'Neil's daughter) and I have been visiting Eleanor in Harbour View for a number of weeks. We have found the care given to Eleanor to be of the highest standard. It was noticeable how helpful and pleasant the staff were in carrying out their duties. It was obvious that the patients benefited from these high standards. Although we are travelling from Dorset to see Eleanor, on a regular basis, the task is made much easier due to the excellent care being carried out at Harbour View. I worked there for 2 years, poor treatment by management and staff. Nothing but bullies who think they're above everyone else. Don't take mental health into consideration relating to members of staff. Management let bullying happen even though they were fully aware of this happening.

With the provision of Listening to people is one of the most important things this hollistc approach allows the care team insight, so that they can truly get to know the resident's and make sure they get the most out of every day. The environment of the home is well maintained and clean . The level of care from all the staff is of a very high . With them going beyond to make the place a happy friendly environment. The rooms are very comfortable and meets my high expectations. The staff are very helpful and supportive and always happy to help or spend time engaging with you. I would highly recommend a short term visit or longer term basis . I have the full confidence in making this recommendation of harbour view with the level of care I have received here.
