Harbour Market Whitstable

Small but great market. There’s some nice craft goods here and some Impressive art work and photography on sale. Best part has to be the oysters, various places sell them and they shell them fresh for you on the spot. It’s a kid friendly spot. You can go crabbing or the kids can splash in the water. Sometimes live music is playing. We come back here again and again, great day out.

It's always lovely. But people think that if they're outside they don't need to be careful. So crowds on the pathways. No-one moving out of the way, except us. We're allowed exercise and meet one other person. But this was not strictly upheld

Busy harbour area with plenty going on. Everything about Whitstable has a good feel about it. From the shops and restaurants to the harbour front it is all very accommodating and pleasant to walk around. Can be a little overpriced though.

Great selection of permanent and pop-up artisanal craft, hobby and food outlets. Can highly recommend 'Taste of Thailand' for their authentic vegetarian and chicken curries - well worth the wait. Can get incredibly busy at times, so in some ways a victim of its own success. Still, you cant beat the atmosphere there on a sunny day

Whitstable has so much going for it. Even the rain couldn't dampen our spirits. The market has a plethora of interesting stalls.
