Not as good as it has been on previous visits. Found some of the staff to be quite short in the way they spoke to you, verging on being rude. I appreciate that they were busy and are trying to cope in difficult times, but then they were the ones who decided to open during Covid-19 whilst showing football on the television in the main bar. As you entered the main bar area, there were no clear directions as to what was required, no social distancing, no hand sanitiser in either the bar or toilets and track and trace only taken when we ordered our drinks after 10 minutes or so, after being instructed to sit at a table. Given that they were struggling, we decided to only order drinks and I'm glad that we did. Three small coffees cost nearly 9, it might have been cheaper to order pints. Not a place for good hospitality and somewhere that we will avoid on our next visit to Arley.

After a long hot walk, there I nothing like stepping into a English pub. This one has a good range of beer, nice food, and lots of outdoor space.

The drinks are a fair price but paid 9 for a piece Quiche of you could hardly see and bit of lettuce chips were Extra. Went there again a week later, food quality and quantitie was so much better but I should have complained on first visit I've give them another

Traditional pub with modern restaurant extension. Friendly & helpful staff. Good choice of real ale in well kept condition. Well priced menu, the homemade steak pie was excellent! Would definitely visit again when I am in the area.
