I had a small problem with my bike and recently went to two other bike shops in which they both made it seem impossible to fix. All I was told was I needed a new chain for it. I made a phone enquiry at Harbour Cycles and the owner was so friendly and said he was happy to take a look and told me the prices which was really pocket friendly, I went to the shop and as soon as he saw my bike he knew I was the person that made the call as I told what bike I had. Literally I told him what was wrong and that I was happy to pay for a new chain and service he replied “I will take a look because you might not need a new chain”. He had a look at it, made a quick adjustment and said to take it for a spin. My bike felt like new and he didn’t even charge me I asked if I could buy him something for his kindness all he asked was I write a review about my visit and come back if I have any more problems. He saved me time and money which I can’t thank him enough for so please support this lovely local business. Thank you

I had a great experience with Harbour Cycles. They provide a superb service, promptly seeing to my bike and being receptive to my needs. They were also patient and accommodating in adjusting / demonstrating a couple of things for me afterwards. I'd gladly recommend Harbour Cycles :)
well I do not have a bike but there is a coffee shop inside that makes the best hot chocolate made with real chocolate!! Very pleased about this discovery .
This is the best bike shop in London! These guy's are really professional, efficient and super friendly. I wouldn't take my bike any where else. They have helped me out with bike issues so many times and they always do a smashing job.
