A nice bungalow situated in a small hilltop which gives you a great view of the mountains. Bungalow has 4 rooms a really nice living area. It has colonial look and feel and the living room has a record player and some old records to listen if you know how to operate one. Food is good. They have cooks who will prepare what you ask for. The garden has some birds as well. We saw the dull blue flycatcher. We had a nice stay here

Nice old banglow for comfortable stay. Although the service is little lower than expected, very cosy atmosphere. Nice view around the banglow. Food can be arranged as required.
This is not a place like in the photos. This is not a hotel or bungalow. It's like guest house. room has only bed and TV. bathroom is not clean.there are nor towels,soup,tea making facility or anything. the person given earlier for Full board rate for 9,000 for double room. when we arrive it there are two tamil persons in bungalow. no oen to come to collect our luggage's. when i said we need milk teas and one person get confused, then he went to shop by bike and get some milk powder. after 30 minutes we have 4 milk teas. the time is around 5.00 pm. at that time we asked for dinner and that guy said some items. we request dinner around 7.30 pm. after that time we didn't see any person in our area. after 8.30 pm we didn't get dinner and i complain to rizwan in hatton bungalow ( he is the person i contact). after that we had a dinner around 9.00 pm with rice and 4 curries.( they don't have fish and not have any desserts.) earlier i have request extra bed and it has given around 10.00 pm. Morning time also same as earlier. we have wake up around 6.30 am and no one wake up at that time and mobile are switch off. at that time also i complain to riswan in hatton and and after that one person aged 20 come with sleepy face ( he is called manager) and given us hot water. breakfast is string hoppers with 3 curries. ( same as dinner). after all this happens rimaz in hatton given Rs.500 discount for one room. My personal experience is this location has nice view. but not maintain properly. don't go here and fed up your self.
Average accommodation. Friendly staff which provide tasty foods. Need to upgrade wash room and water system. Overall facilities are average.
This is such a peaceful place and there is no trouble of any people around there and the care taker and the cook is really friendly with you. This place is really enjoyable with friends and you can really have some chill talks and have a good rest at this bunglow.
This place was beautiful. The people there were kind and almost all types of foods were available. The rooms were cozy and spacious. There's a common room with a furnace, mini pool and a vinyl player.
