Never have I been so disappointed.... So where to start, happy house is the unhappiest place I have ever ate from, we ordered 30 pounds worth of food at half past 4, half an hour before the establishment actually opens in the hope that it wouldn’t take that long, boy was we wrong, we got the meal at 6.37 more than 2 hours after we ordered and an way over an hour late to the time they told Us it would arrive, being genuine we decided to bite our lip with the lateness but once we checked our order found they had also gotten it wrong, a mistake on there half, so we called to try and rectify the problem only to be told that it’s our fault for not making the employee repeat the order, and this isn’t even the worst part, the food that we did manage to receive over an hour late was lukewarm at best, not cooked to preference and the customer service is just appalling, no apology, just rudeness from the staff, no way would I recommend happy house to anyone or give them the satisfaction of returning, wok this way is just round the corner and I would recommend there in place

This place is the best takeaway in little port without a doubt ! I have been ordering from happy house for numerous years now and the food has never disappointed me . I would totally recommend the sweet and sour chicken balls they are delectable ! Although they are busy and sometimes orders can get mixed up which results in a long time receiving food , this is normal in any takeaway as mistakes can happen . However, recommend happy house it is my go to takeaway!

Food was nice. However delivery driver was rude, could hardly understand him. walked off without giving me my change so I had to call out for him to come back. Had a mask on but was under his nose so completely useless! We're in a national lockdown due to a virus and he couldn't be bothered to wear his ppe correctly.

Best Chinese takeaway in Littleport however I am hoping they eventually bring in a website to order from as one time we ordered they sounded incredibly busy and the guy on the phone struggled to get our order, after the order was placed unfortunately the food turned up and 2 of the items were wrong, we had ordered pork curry and received duck curry, and s&s chicken balls but received s&s chicken Hong Kong style. Wasn’t too big of a deal but was disappointed

Good food, quick service. Ordered at the counter, 3 main dishes plus usual rice and noodles. Food available within 15 minutes even though it was 6:30 on a Saturday and lots of orders were being placed by phone. Food well cooked and reasonably priced.
