Placed an order through their website last night for collection. It was a big order but was all boxed up and ready when I got there. Everything on the order was spot on and very tasty. We had a mix of Chinese food and some traditional chippy items and all was brilliant. Very generous portions and felt very well looked after.

Extremly rude! I accept we ordered on nye and it was busy but to have your collection time changed 3 times and then to leave my partner stood outside waiting for 1 hours as it was just coming out of the kitchen! Then to literally walk around the corner to cold food! I've had to reheat it in the oven! Rang up and was told that it couldn't possibly be cold! (so am I lying!!!) I have ordered many times from here and never had a need to complain so why would I do so now if there was not a real issue with our nearly 40 order! Finally told they would issue refund for hot box and chips as other food was still luke warm my partner walked back down to a hostile environment from the owners and not the refund that was assured to us as we have kept the food
