I have used this chippy for 15 years but after this incident I will never be returning. After ordering my food I was asked to wear a face mask. I politely informed the staff that I was medically exempt and continued to wait for my food. After a short while I was approached by a lady who I presume was the manager. This lady asked me to stand outside( at this point it was raining heavily.) SO TO CLARIFY, I WAS ASKED TO STAND OUTSIDE A SHOP IN HEAVY RAIN DUE TO ME HAVING A HIDDEN DISABILITY. This was hugely embarrassing for me especially in front of other customers. I almost resorted to disclosing my medical history in the shop to save more embarrassment. I highlighted what they were doing and was simply told \we're doing what we're told to do\ I will not be returning.

Good all round fish and chips the chips can tend to be a little small and crinkly,but besides that the chips when they are chips are good and the fish curry peas etc is all good quality and very clean very polite staff and very efficient! It deserves a 5-star rating I would recommend it to anybody! When I have mentioned before crinkly chips like chicken it was a mistake it should have said like little chicken wings!!
Lovely fresh cooked fish and chips. Best chippy in Leyland area. Good choice of menu and you can preorder by phone and its ready by the time arrive. Staff are very friendly and happy to help.

Clearly states that it’s open until 8:30pm Xmas eve. Closed up at 7:30 when I arrived - rubbish
