I love this place we have used Happy Cats twice and will be using again. The cats are well looked after, the place is spotless. The people are really nice and reassuring if you've never left your cats before. Happy Cats is run in a very professional way. Thank you Happy Cats we will see you again.

I can't think of any faults after my Henry's first stay. It was a week. He has previously stayed at scammonden cattery. Unfortunately its closed. It's where my mum took her pets. She recommended happy cat. Also Tracey from pets at home did too. I was happy with the welcome. Attentiveness and professionalism. It was very cold and he would be staying outside. I felt bad but the cats all have heated beds which is nice. I asked for Henry to have his bum trimmed and back of his legs. To be honest I could of done better myself as far as trimming his bum goes. He is use to me doing it and he's getting more use to it. For a stranger to do it is difficult. Louise the groomer was waiting until I picked him up so I could help but my mum collected him. He smelled clean, he looked happy,Well. He was angry with me but, only for a day.lol. I was very happy with happy cat cattery. They kept my Henry safe and sound. No complaints. Also I took Henry's own food and treats he is more fussy than me.
