Food was really good (always been by the way). Been there more than twice with my fiancee, and would love to go back there again. If you're looking for a quiet and cosy place to eat, I highly recommend this place - great ambiance, great food, and great people!

I was very excited about coming here as the majority of reviews are very positive. My experience was less than that. We were greeted by a member of the staff team at the door, she came across as very abrupt. We were seated upstairs and I was really disappointed with how it looked. The windows were very high, so when you're sitting down you can only see the walls at eye level. When you look up, you get tree tops. We ordered milkshakes, coffee, tea and a scone. The scone was served with jam and whipped cream, which I've never seen before. The scone itself was so hard you could've used it as a stone for skimming. The chocolate cake that was ordered was hardly touched by my husband and the kids. I would sincerely hope for better service if I was to return
Average ice-cream and coffee's. Staff friendly enough. Unfortunately although plenty of Covid measures in place and plenty of signage one of the staff went to seat a couple on a table much less than 2 meters away from us, which they nor us where comfortable with. In fairness though another table became available before they got settled and the waitress offered them and sat them there instead. A little more training required maybe.
First visit , lovely situation and looked great on arrival. Service was a little disjointed with our order not being served together which annoyed us. Prices not to bad and I would give it another shot. Would give it a try if you are nearby.
