We came from Italy on purpose to visit that jewel that is Hansa Park! The Park has the luck to have a family behind it (and not a multinational corporation) that loves it and takes care of both the theming and the quality of the attractions, even down to the smallest detail. The Park has a highly sought after and quality theming, which is inspired by German folklore and history and Northern Europe in general. Overall, the theme is coherent and consistent, well maintained and perfectly integrated into the various components of the park (attractions, services, restaurants, queues) giving a strong sense of continuity and immersion. The attractions are well balanced both in the family sector and in the adrenaline sector. Kärnan is certainly the main attraction of the park and deservedly so. It's one of the best rides I've ever done. It is surprising, it is not at all obvious, it leaves you with bated breath. To contribute to this effect there is also a well-kept soundtrack that makes everything very immersive. The park can boast other jewels such as Nessie, who doesn't look 40 years old. With the new theming that coaster gain an extra gear! Or Curse of Novgorod, another electrifying and really not at all obvious coaster! Also this coaster enriched by a perfect theming and a crazy soundtrack! If I really have to identify a sore point I think this could be the merchandising, which I find should be more personalized by the park and more varied. But it's really a minimal observation compared to the beauty of this ever-changing park!

The rides are great, especially the newer attractions. We went when it was quiet, don't know if that's a time of year thing or 'other'. So the lines were non existent and we got on everything really quickly. The little extras e.g. tomb stones, mannequins, music etc are a really nice touch for when you are waiting in line, adds to the atmosphere. The place is immaculately clean and there is a good variety of attractions from the traditional to modern for all age groups.

A great theme park, with focus on the detail. The queueing areas are well designed, to relieve some of the annoyance with standing in line. Some of the rides, however, does have a bit too much cinematic, thus making them longer than necessary. You go to a theme park to get thrills, not to watch a movie.

Small and nice amusement park. I enjoyed it!
