The one in Hanover Ontario is useless. To sum them up in one word fired. I ordered two coffees. I got one then they served seven people who came in after me. Then they finally gave me my second one. No apology, no excuse just here's your coffee. Next time in that area I will wait till I get to another town to get my caffeine fix.
