This McDonald's impressed me .... it was extremely busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. They gave us an electronic device to place on our table and the food was brought to us when it was ready which I've never experienced before. Usually McDonalds has you standing by the counter waiting for your food. All and all a really good experience.
It's great that this establishment wants to employ individuals from other countries but they should make sure they can read write and understand English first. Huge mistakes with orders and I believe it's because of language barriers. It's very rude for employees to argue with customers when they are totally in the wrong. Good thing a not new Canadian was able to help me and correct the mistakes the new Canadians made
Updating my review. Tonight I ordered 4 coffees in drive thru. As I pulled up to the order receiving window, I witnessed 4 employees hovering over my order, of which each and every one, was barely wearing proper PPE for Corona virus protection. Funny how one girl had a glove on, but it was holding the tray and she was bare handing the lids and pressing the coffees into the tray. Disgusting. I know the restaurant has the tools to apply lids safely etc. This needs to be corrected. Very disappointed with how this store is being managed through these bad times.
