Everytime i come to your restaurant i never receive what I ask for for toppings the people who take orders are rude and no napkins and always a ridiculous wait
I have gone thru the Hanover drive thru 3 times in the last month and I have a question....why do they ask you what you want on your sandwich if they are just going to put anything they want on it??? I live 10 minutes away and everytime when I open it when I get home..I get a rude awakening.....tried to call the store but no one ever answers the phone. Sorry rant over now but it is very frustrating
Horrible service...... when I walked in there was no social distancing with the workers or customers. I ordered 10 chicken wings and the lady in the purple hair was very rude about it. When giving my change back she touched my hand without gloves. I also received a “chicken wing” the was only fried batter and they counted it as 1 wing. While waiting a full 20 minutes for my food I watched as they made the food with ZERO gloves on. Floors were not clean and nothing was sanitized. I am disgusted with this service and will never be coming back. I would love a response back and your managers number. This place should shut down.
Food was cold. How canfood be cold at 1230 when they are busy. There was no napkins in the bag. Only reaon I am reviewing is this is the second time in a row. I will not be back.
