Order was messy. Looks like they put nuggets in a cup and dumped a ton of cinnamon sugar which never stuck to nuggets.

Great job to the two ladies complying with COVID guidelines

Beware...Covid Risk. At Glen Burnie, 12:55 pm 4/29/30 Manager placed food in warmer with bare hands. We tried to educate her...she spoke perfect English first. Then, when we politely told her she was going to make people sick l, she didn’t understand English. It’s on camera. People need to be safe...pandemic is not a play thing. This is only written because they did not take the education from a public health professional seriously.

The pretzels were good. I noticed that they hired quite a few employees with special needs. They were all upbeat. Beautiful.

Love Auntie Anne's, but this was the worst one I've ever been to. Its dirty, disorganized, and cashier lied about wait time.

As always good! But they stopped carrying the sweet mustard for dipping.

Small business but ran efficiently by one person. Located near the kids play area in the mall. Seats are right outside, very convenient.

I completed my 4 laps morning walk today at the mall, however today was a little different. My kids were with me due to a snow day. Initially we stopped at the hub location and was greeted by a very pleasant worker, we wanted hot dogs however he informed us the main store had not bought him any. He quickly offered an apology (he was very friendly and professional) and handed over a coupon to go to the main store in the mall. I almost left due to a business call I needed to tend to, however my kids were asking for the hotdogs. I then decided to take that short walk to the main location because the guy was so pleasant and offered a coupon. When I arrive at the main location I asked for 3orders of hot dogs before I could finish my orders, I was told they did not have any by one young lady (around 11am), another young lady says "we don't make meat products untill noon", the first young lady then asked another employee (young lady near the oven) when will the hotdogs she put in be ready. At this point the young lady in the back near the oven smiles and says "I don't know what you are talking about" , from what I personally got from that was she probably was going to eat them. At this point I just paused and looked at all 3 of them for 30seconds then I walked away. I was disapointed and so were my 3 boys. Hope you all coach these ladys on standard customer service practices. The young guy at the hub location was so pleasant that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
