First time in Cleethorpes, yesterday. Did a bit of a search on google to find somewhere good for Fish and Chips and thought Hanley’s looked good from the reviews. Oh my goodness- it certainly didn’t disappoint! Cooked fresh with gorgeous crispy batter. Highly recommend!

Best fish and chips pity that thay are not open on Friday lunch time.?
Having just moved to Cleethorpes we were looking for a Great Quality fish and chip shop. The problem that we found was that a lot of the Chippys were aimed towards the tourist trade thus not up to the standard a knowledgeable local. Today I went and ordered 4x standard fish and chips and 2xJumbo fish and chips. First thing the jumbo were JUMBO. # Amazing. Secondly the standards were of a brilliant size, the chips were cooked to perfection. To top it all off the Batter was crisp, light and golden. The worst thing about it was the service and that was Impeccable. Thank you Guys, See you soon.
Best fish we have tasted in a long time. Fresh cooked to order, flaked and delicious. Perfection.
Fish was cooked nicely but had no taste whatsoever. Definitely not fresh fish. What a shame, I expected better from Cleethorpes.
