Lovely coffee and food was great too.
The food took 3 hours to arrive and a number of phone calls with different members of staff in which I was offered a variety of poor excuses and no concessions or compensation. Still, their burgers are very nice.
Got a meal for the first time tonight and it was delicious and still.hot by time we got home to Hamilton with it and very good service as we got complimentary milkshakes due to waiting a bit longer than expected
A very poor experience. Ordered the food an hour before pickup to be told it'll be ready within 30 mins. Arrived to pick up and informed them of the order number, which was then shouted across the floor, thats the last interaction I had until 20 mins after arriving I was told, \your order is nearly ready.\ Three staff within running around like headless chickens, moving bits of paper. No organisation and no order management. Appears the time frame for orders is picked out of thin air. The food is good but by the time you get it, it'll be past its sell by date and half the staff will have reached retirement age
